This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle in accordance with the established job profile;
• Engage in proactive candidate sourcing on recruitment platforms and LinkedIn to identify both technical and behavioral compatibility;
• Evaluate resumes, conduct virtual interviews, and implement assessments as needed;
• Assess behavioral profiles (DISC) and generate technical assessments/reports for candidates;
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to provide a professional and transparent experience;
• Keep the internal team informed about the progress of the selection processes;
• Actively seek out talent without restricting efforts to incoming applications;
• Uphold ethical, organized, and results-driven conduct throughout every phase of the process.
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection, including screening, interviewing, and reporting;
• Expertise in active sourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms;
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields is preferred;
• Strong and assertive communication skills, with an ethical and professional approach;
• Proactive, organized, and results-focused attitude;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various recruitment tools;
• Must possess an active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) to work as a service provider.
• Schedule: Flexible, to be determined collaboratively.
