Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a strategic approach to building a talent community that actively engages high-quality candidates for hiring pipelines.

• Manage the complete recruiting cycle from receiving applications through screening to extending offers.

• Enhance the recruiting framework continuously, including scoring criteria, interview strategies, and communication processes.

• Elevate the talent brand visibility using social media platforms, team collaborations, and community activities.

• Actively source candidates to consistently boost the talent pool's density.

• Foster a distinctive talent brand and community.

• Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff, Founders, and team members to attract the best candidates into the talent network.

• Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every candidate.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or in technical roles transitioning into recruiting.

• At least 2 years of in-house experience within a scaling startup environment.

• Capability to devise creative and unique sourcing strategies tailored specifically for each position.

• Ability to engage actively with and comprehend engineering culture and developer communities.

• A strong commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience for everyone who interacts with the brand.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Experience in development tooling or software infrastructure companies.

• Active participation in startup or engineering communities.

• Knowledge of scaling from 50 to 100+ employees rapidly while upholding strong values and culture.

• Legally authorized to work and physically located in the designated country of legal residency.
