This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Implement various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates for different positions.
• Perform initial screenings and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and compatibility.
• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend the specific needs for open roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a seamless process within the recruitment database.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to improve the recruitment strategy.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to cultivate and sustain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
