Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete life cycle of the recruitment process from the initial stages to offer presentation.

• Identify and recruit IT specialists for key accounts, mainly on a contractual basis.

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to determine qualification standards and candidate expectations.

• Review resumes and applications while interviewing potential candidates.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for upcoming openings.

• Advertise job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

• Foster relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and prospective IT talent.

• Utilize AI tools like Sense messaging to engage with consultants and candidates.

• Manage candidates and consultants using Bullhorn ATS and VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify.

• Take part in daily meetings with the recruiting team to review requisitions and prioritize urgent positions.

• Deliver 8–10 qualified candidates weekly to clients, pending approval from the Account/Delivery Manager.

• Represent PTR Global with professionalism, integrity, and consistency.

• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing.

• Strong knowledge of W2 IT requirements.

• Dependable network connectivity.

• Suitable work-from-home setup.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to effectively engage with both candidates and clients.
