This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Identify and recruit creative and IT professionals (mainly video editors, graphic designers, and similar positions) located in Southeast Asia.
• Evaluate portfolios and assess creative quality to pinpoint top talent.
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates while offering clients tailored recommendations.
• Partner with clients to comprehend their creative requirements, brand guidelines, and specific project needs.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from the initial screening to the final offer, which includes scheduling interviews with clients.
• Utilize social media and creative platforms (like Behance, Dribbble, etc.) to discover and attract leading creative talent.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, candidates, and industry stakeholders.
• Regularly assess and enhance recruitment processes to guarantee a smooth candidate experience.
• Proven experience in working within or recruiting for digital agencies, marketing firms, media organizations, or creative production settings.
• In-depth understanding of creative roles and the ability to assess the quality of creative outputs, OR practical experience as a creative professional (video editor, graphic designer, etc.) with an interest in recruitment.
• Knowledge of the Southeast Asia talent market is an advantage.
