This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct headhunting for roles across various industries, focusing on the LATAM region.
• Create advanced Boolean search strategies to discover and engage passive executive candidates who are not currently seeking new roles.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand leadership needs and organizational culture for accurate candidate alignment.
• Oversee the complete executive recruitment process from candidate identification to offer negotiation, delivering premium service to both clients and candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow, and other specialized platforms to find technical leadership talent.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in recruiting for US-based companies in e-commerce or tech roles, preferably within a staffing agency.
• Expertise in managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
• Skilled in Boolean Search and Outreach methodologies.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
