This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with accounting firms.
• Comprehend client requirements and corporate culture to deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Hold regular discussions with clients to review their hiring needs and obstacles.
• Provide market intelligence and guide clients on recruitment strategies and industry trends.
• Source and attract exceptional talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Employ advanced search methods and tools to pinpoint potential candidates.
• Develop and sustain a talent pool of accounting professionals.
• Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Arrange and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with client organizations.
• Coordinate and oversee the interview process between candidates and clients.
• Provide candidates with detailed information regarding roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and offer feedback throughout the process.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and current candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance the recruitment process continuously.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team to identify new client opportunities.
• Engage in industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay informed about industry trends and broaden your network.
• Continuously enhance your understanding of the accounting industry and recruitment best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, specifically in accounting or finance roles.
• Proven history of successfully placing candidates in accounting firms.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and industry-specific requirements.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Experience in working within or recruiting for the accounting industry.
• Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR, CDR, or similar).
• Established network within the accounting and finance community.
