• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling candidates.

• Serve as a true advocate for our candidates, ensuring that each individual feels acknowledged, respected, and well-supported through a personalized, human-centric recruitment experience.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to guarantee that hiring practices align with our immediate and long-term growth objectives.

• Ensure that every candidate—regardless of the hiring outcome—has a professional, transparent, and engaging experience.

• Maintain a consistent pool of talent for high-turnover or high-growth positions to ensure uninterrupted hiring processes.
