This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Confirm the availability of candidates for interviews, tasks, and schedules.

• Request necessary documentation according to client requirements.

• Manage client communications through the Zendesk platform.

• Follow up with clients regarding the status of job requisitions.

• Analyze candidate profiles to assess suitability and alignment with client needs.

• Review job requisitions and resumes utilizing internal tools.

• Receive and edit job requisitions, updating them in Workday.

• Update and maintain internal databases.

• Ensure candidate engagement throughout the matchmaking process.

• Follow up on assessments and specific client requirements.

• Send candidate matches to clients using Zendesk.

• Review and update candidate profiles in Workday.

• Manage candidate communications via email and WhatsApp.

• Respond to candidate inquiries and update their information as necessary.

• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with multiple candidates.

• Participate in daily huddles, weekly meetings, and L10 sessions.

• Verify candidate start dates and coordinate handoffs to the Account Manager.

• At least 6 months of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.

• Experience in client and candidate-facing roles is essential.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
