This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Utilize the MYHR (SuccessFactors) systems effectively to manage the complete talent acquisition process.
• Support the Recruitment Lead by leveraging diverse candidate sourcing channels.
• Perform candidate pre-screening, conduct behavioral interviews, and execute background checks.
• Prepare offer letters and dispatch them along with the onboarding package via Docu-sign.
• Ensure that "best practice" recruitment standards are applied throughout the recruitment process.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare/medical recruitment is essential.
• Proven experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
• Previous experience in the oilfield or construction industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors (MyHR) is preferred but not required.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• A positive demeanor and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members.
• A corporate cell phone and laptop will be provided.
