This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract skilled candidates to fill vacancies within the Fire Department Testing division.

• Meet staffing goals by recruiting, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates.

• Collaborate with and provide guidance to managers regarding candidates for various open roles.

• Define recruitment needs by analyzing the organization’s plans and goals.

• Engage with management to review staffing requirements.

• Develop applicant sources by researching and reaching out to online platforms and media.

• Draw in applicants by promoting job openings through online job boards and other media outlets.

• Evaluate candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, analyzing feedback, and verifying references.

• Oversee pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing.

• Collaborate with Managers and HR partners to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 2-5 years of experience in employment recruiting, encompassing Full Cycle recruiting.

• Familiarity with the fields of Industrial Inspection and Fire Department operations.

• High energy levels and outstanding communication abilities.

• Professional demeanor.

• Understanding of employment laws related to recruitment processes.

• Strong time management capabilities.

• Ability to multitask effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting efforts.

• Results-driven mindset.

• Self-motivated and determined to accomplish tasks.
