This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and other innovative sourcing methods.
• Organize and manage interview schedules between candidates and internal teams.
• Perform initial candidate screenings via Zoom after coordinating with the hiring team.
• Assist senior recruiters with daily recruiting activities and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate and current candidate records in the ATS throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience at every interaction.
• Over 3 years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO).
• Demonstrated sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms and channels.
• Experience in coordinating interviews among various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in conducting candidate screenings via Zoom or similar video conferencing applications.
• Exceptional organizational abilities — able to manage several open positions simultaneously without oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience assisting a TA team in a contract or RPO role.
• Familiarity with contemporary ATS systems.
• Background in recruiting for technology-enabled or legal/professional services sectors.
