• Take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle for designated GTM and G&A positions, from initial intake to final closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role objectives, essential requirements versus preferred attributes, and interview strategies.
• Develop and sustain robust outbound and inbound candidate pipelines for key GTM positions.
• Track pipeline and funnel metrics for your recruitment efforts and modify strategies based on analytical insights.
• Provide a superior candidate experience through timely communication and clear expectations.
• Assist in refining scorecards and interview processes for your roles to enhance clarity and speed.
• Relay regular updates on search progress, potential risks, and trade-offs to GTM leaders and the Talent team.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (including sourcing passive candidates) for GTM and/or G&A positions at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated capability to devise and implement outbound sourcing strategies in competitive landscapes.
• You thoughtfully utilize AI and automation to enhance your sourcing, screening, and communication processes, while maintaining sound judgment and candidate experience.
• Strong skills in partnering with hiring managers, encompassing intake discussions, calibration, and expectation management.
• You take responsibility for your tasks, are accountable for your errors, and possess a robust growth mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail; your documentation, candidate notes, and pipelines are precise and trustworthy.
• A data-driven mindset towards recruiting, leveraging funnel and pipeline metrics to inform decisions.
• Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while remaining organized.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with candidates and internal stakeholders.
