• Oversee the complete recruitment process for accounting and finance roles.
• Identify qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and additional recruitment channels.
• Perform resume evaluations and conduct initial interviews to assess technical accounting expertise, communication abilities, and cultural compatibility.
• Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of accounting professionals for both immediate and future staffing requirements.
• Write engaging job advertisements that align with the expectations of clients or the company.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Tax Preparation, Property Accounting, Payroll, ERP, and accounting software experience.
• Keep precise records of recruitment activities and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates on hiring activities and recruitment reports to management.
• Keep abreast of trends in the accounting industry, salary benchmarks, and market conditions for hiring.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 2–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally focused on accounting and finance roles.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for accounting-related positions within BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or corporate settings.
• Strong grasp of accounting terminology, processes, and finance-related job functions.
• Proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional skills in interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Capacity to evaluate both technical skills and interpersonal attributes.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
• Experience working in a dynamic recruitment environment.
