This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Drive enhancements in processes to create a hiring experience that is more effective, efficient, and positive for both hiring managers and candidates.

• Manage the complete candidate lifecycle for various roles in Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Support.

• Collaborate with internal clients to formulate sourcing strategies that address current and future requirements.

• Identify candidates through relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and passive candidates via networking and research.

• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Work closely with internal teams such as HRBP, Immigration, and the Compensation team as needed to facilitate effective candidate onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.

• Proven experience in influencing, educating, and advising senior-level stakeholders.

• Proficiency in sourcing and candidate outreach utilizing social media.

• Strong relationship-building skills, client management abilities, and organizational capabilities.

• Experience in conducting data-informed recruitment discussions.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• Experience with the iCIMS ATS.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on a global scale.

• Skills in market research and analysis.
