Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Source, recruit, and oversee vacant salaried, general labour, and trades positions within the remote services division.

• Develop job advertisements and identify suitable sourcing channels.

• Evaluate candidates through resume assessments and phone interviews.

• Engage in recruitment planning discussions with hiring managers.

• Construct candidate pipelines for future recruitment requirements.

• Design performance-based phone interview questions for hourly field roles.

• Confirm offer letter details with HR and the Workforce Planning & Business Analyst.

• Generate and dispatch precise offer letters and participate in or lead offer presentations.

• Ensure that new-hire onboarding documents are completed within the stipulated timeframe.

• Facilitate and lead new-hire orientations.

• Participate in recruitment information sessions and career fairs.

• Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets.

• Utilize Smart Recruiters ATS for comprehensive recruitment and candidate management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting for industrial or skilled trades across multiple locations.

• A strong commitment to providing professional and timely customer service both internally and externally.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment and develop candidate pipelines in competitive labour markets.

• Initiative to create innovative recruitment solutions.

• Capability to source both active and passive candidates.

• Proficient in collaboration and communication with Human Resources and other stakeholders.

• Experience with Smart Recruiters is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook.
