Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Aids in Cutsforth’s recruitment initiatives by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across various open positions.

• Collaborates with hiring managers and the HR Team to ensure the recruitment process remains efficient and to provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Identify candidates through online job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and additional sources.

• Evaluate applications and resumes to assess candidates against the specific role requirements.

• Conduct preliminary phone interviews and document candidate qualifications.

• Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.

• Create and publish job openings on the careers page and various external job boards.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and promptly address inquiries.

• Organize reference checks and fulfill pre-employment requirements.

• Assist in preparing job offers and facilitate the transition of new hires to the onboarding process.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to the CSOO and hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related coordination roles.

• 1-5 years of experience in sourcing for technical positions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Proven ability to manage confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
