This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and coordinating with teams until the offer is made.
• Deliver a premier candidate experience through effective communication.
• Develop and implement both active and passive sourcing strategies aimed at attracting high-quality candidates in large quantities.
• Employ innovative sourcing methods, such as posting on relevant job boards and utilizing LinkedIn.
• Manage and monitor candidate pipelines using Greenhouse.
• Process job offers and track hires through Worksuite.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the Expert Network Recruitment team, which includes scheduling, data management, report cleaning, and organizing communication.
• Cultivate strong relationships with members of our Experts Network to ensure their engagement; find innovative ways to keep them connected to the organization and available opportunities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience in tech recruitment is advantageous.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems, with a preference for Greenhouse.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to enhance systems, streamline routine tasks, and facilitate improved decision-making.
• High level of self-motivation and a sense of ownership.
