This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Accountable for ensuring Service Excellence throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client, dedicated to delivering outstanding talent while maintaining proactive and timely communication regarding the status of the search.
• Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative guidance and industry insights to hiring leaders.
• Conduct in-depth job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and present relevant market data.
• Review candidates who have submitted applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to position requirements and decide who will advance in the recruitment process.
• Create and oversee recruitment marketing strategies or sourcing plans to identify the most suitable candidate sources.
• Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking platforms using Boolean search techniques.
• Leverage Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns targeting talent communities.
• Ensure that candidates receive timely updates regarding their application and interview statuses.
• Draft and utilize phone interview templates, applying independent judgment to compare candidate notes and skill assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Collaborate with the hiring leader to establish offer details, using market data to substantiate recommendations.
• High school diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
• A minimum of two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Proficient in Boolean search methodologies for candidate sourcing.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
