📋 Description

• Offer leadership, guidance, and vision throughout the process of recruiting and placing applicants

• Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment with expertise in Federal sectors

• Focused Talent Sourcing in Federal Contracting and Military settings

• Work in partnership with Hiring Managers

• Ensure adherence to Regulatory Compliance & Quality standards

• Optimize ATS & Recruitment Tools for efficiency

• Assist with Credentialing & Onboarding processes

• Provide advice on Compensation Strategies

• Monitor Labor Market Trends

• Improve Candidate Experience

• Over 5 years of experience in Recruitment

• Skilled in ATS/CRM Platforms

• Advanced skills in Sourcing & Engagement

• Knowledge of Regulatory and Compensation frameworks

• Outstanding Communication abilities

• Highly Organized and Responsive
