This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting cycle across various roles and business sectors, from the initial intake through to the offer stage.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish hiring strategies, align profiles, and enhance the quality of decision-making.

• Perform thorough candidate assessments concentrating on technical qualifications, soft skills, communication abilities, and long-term potential.

• Create proactive sourcing strategies and cultivate robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.

• Maintain clear, urgent, and effective communication with stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.

• Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and enhance hiring results.

• Assist in refining recruiting operations, processes, workflows, documentation, and hiring best practices.

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest scalable solutions to boost efficiency and improve the candidate experience.

• Ensure consistency in the interview process, uphold candidate quality standards, and promote overall recruiting excellence.

• Serve as a reliable partner to the business, balancing speed with quality and the hiring manager's experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Capacity to operate independently, demonstrating ownership and urgency.

• Experience in recruiting for corporate, operational, or technology-centric roles is an advantage.

• Strong capabilities in sourcing and talent mapping across various channels.

• Data-driven approach with experience in tracking recruiting metrics and deriving actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience in enhancing recruiting processes, workflows, or operational structures is highly regarded.

• Ability to influence hiring choices and challenge stakeholders when appropriate.

• Proficient in advanced English communication.
