This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Outbound sourcing - Actively seek out, connect with, and cultivate relationships with exceptional candidates across sales, technical, and business sectors.
• Full-cycle recruiting - Oversee the entire recruiting journey from sourcing and screening to extending offers and finalizing hires.
• Sales hiring - Spearhead recruitment initiatives for go-to-market roles including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), partnerships, and sales leadership positions.
• Technical support - Provide assistance in recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles as necessary.
• Pipeline development - Create and sustain robust candidate pipelines to meet present and future hiring demands.
• Candidate experience - Ensure a high-quality, attentive, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Stakeholder partnership - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to align on recruitment needs, interview procedures, and talent strategies.
• Process improvement - Contribute to enhancing recruiting operations, sourcing techniques, interview coordination, and hiring workflows.
• Market intelligence - Keep abreast of talent trends, compensation standards, and competitive hiring environments.
• Employer branding - Act as a representative of Breeze externally and assist in positioning the company as a premier destination for talent.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, whether in-house, in an agency, or a combination of both.
• Demonstrated success in hiring sales and go-to-market professionals.
• Preferred experience in supporting technical recruitment processes.
• Strong background in sourcing and outbound recruiting.
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at the same time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
