Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Utilize various platforms such as Workable, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to find candidates.

• Identify top-tier candidates that meet client specifications.

• Develop candidate pipelines for multiple vacancies.

• Continuously enhance talent pools.

• Make daily outbound calls to potential candidates.

• Reach out to prospective candidates via text messages and emails.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates.

• Cultivate relationships with passive candidates.

• Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess: Relevant work experience, industry experience, technical qualifications, compensation expectations, location and travel needs, availability, and interest in the position.

• Record detailed notes after each conversation.

• Keep precise candidate records.

• Update recruiting activities in AlphaHire’s recruiting platform.

• Monitor outreach efforts and candidate statuses.

• Organize and maintain current sourcing lists.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers.

• Prioritize recruitment roles based on business requirements.

• Engage in recruiting meetings.

• Communicate challenges promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Strong communication skills over the phone.

• Comfortable with making outbound calls.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar applicant tracking systems.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Quiet home office setting.
