This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Resume Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates for available positions.
• Coordination: Assist in scheduling and rescheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communication: Ensure clear communication with managers throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Database Management: Oversee and update candidate databases and tracking systems to maintain accurate applicant records.
• Screening Interviews: Carry out initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and compatibility.
• Support: Aid senior recruiters and hiring teams in various recruitment-related tasks and projects.
• Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference checks.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant federal and state labor laws, as well as HR and company policies.
• KPI Monitoring: May assist in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (Time to Fill, requisition stats, etc.), compiling data, and preparing and distributing reports as needed.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to process and propose/implement solutions.
• Meetings: Participate in and/or present at team, management, client, and other meetings.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field, along with 1 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing and/or resume screening is required.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical research recruitment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft products, applicant tracking systems, email, and web applications, with the ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm).
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Well-developed interpersonal and listening skills, with the capability to work independently, collaboratively, and professionally within a team environment, engaging with clients and all stakeholders (internal and external) at all organizational levels.
• Must be detail-oriented, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism, integrity, dependability, respect for others, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Capability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially and professionally, in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits, with coverage commencing on the first day of the month following the date of hire.
