This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to create candidate pipelines.

• Recruit for designated demands across various business accounts and skill sets.

• Facilitate collaboration among recruiting teams to enhance diversity hiring efforts.

• Engage in additional recruiting initiatives such as career fairs and sourcing activities.

• Work alongside colleagues to ensure the overall success of the team.

• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and produce reports for demand areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate environment and/or search firm, encompassing full life cycle or sourcing recruiting.

• Proven experience in executing recruiting strategies that yield successful hiring outcomes for technology roles.
