• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for Advanced Practice Provider (APP) positions (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants), emphasizing rural and underserved areas.
• Actively seek out and cold-call qualified candidates utilizing platforms such as Doximity, LinkedIn, professional associations, residency program networks, and other resources.
• Establish and nurture a strong pipeline of passive APP candidates through ongoing outreach and effective relationship management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leaders to comprehend role specifications, community context, and candidate suitability.
• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies for challenging geographic locations.
• Perform comprehensive candidate screenings to evaluate clinical skills, cultural fit, and enthusiasm for rural practice.
• Oversee all candidate interactions in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring accurate and timely documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, and pipeline status.
• Represent Curana Health at both virtual and in-person recruiting events, conferences, and outreach initiatives to residency programs.
• Work alongside the broader Talent Acquisition team to enhance processes, strengthen employer branding, and gather market insights.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years concentrated on APP, provider, or clinical recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles in rural, frontier, or underserved regions.
• Skilled in cold outreach: confidently initiating contact and converting passive candidates into engaged applicants.
• Proficient in sourcing through Doximity, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar clinical platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and adeptness in managing a high-volume, multi-requisition workload.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; capable of swiftly building trust and representing the organization effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with iCIMS is advantageous).
• Self-motivated and responsible in a remote work setting.
