• Candidate Screening: Perform comprehensive evaluations of potential candidates.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into role specifications.

• Interview Coordination: Organize and manage the scheduling of interviews.

• Offer Management: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create competitive job offers.
