This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Sourcing candidates for selection processes
• Proactive recruiting for various profiles across different sectors.
• Headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, Infojobs, and other job portals.
• Management of selection processes from start to finish.
• Regular communication with clients and periodic follow-up on processes.
• Posting job vacancies through our ATS, Infojobs, and other employment platforms.
• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related specialization.
• Must reside in Spain.
• Experience in conducting Boolean searches for operational profiles (electromechanical, construction workers, drivers, etc.), technical profiles (project managers, site supervisors, engineers, finance professionals, etc.), and executive profiles.
• A proactive and commercial attitude is essential: Drive to make things happen.
• Previous experience in a recruitment consulting role, encompassing both commercial and client recruitment aspects.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on achieving results and meeting objectives.
• Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Intensive working hours during July and August from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Private medical insurance through Sanitas after 6 months of employment.
