• Oversee the daily tasks related to outgoing provider billing calls assigned to you
• Swiftly respond to incoming calls on the Recovery Line
• Timely monitor and address voicemails
• Conduct research and update provider information within Recovery's internal systems
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and request medical records as necessary
• Prioritize urgent calls to ensure they are handled promptly
• Perform additional miscellaneous tasks as directed by your supervisor
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in receivables or collections
• Understanding of medical claims, billing processes, and payments
• Familiarity with procedure codes and billing systems (CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, etc.)
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in analyzing appeals, denials, or rejections
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based platforms
