Recovery Resolution Specialist – Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepares collection correspondence.

• Follows up on pending claims.

• Investigates disputes related to claims.

• Records activities using established tools and systems.

• Achieves or surpasses productivity standards.

• Meets or exceeds quality benchmarks.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• 1 to 3 years of previous experience in collections or customer service is required.

• Experience in billing or coding is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
