This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop processes to implement RMS best practices.
• Manage the implementation of RMS.
• Supervise comprehensive testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components.
• Clearly outline the roles and responsibilities of both the company and customers regarding the delivery and maintenance of RMS products.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate product adoption.
• Partner with training and marketing teams to ensure the successful deployment and understanding of new features.
• Collect product feedback and collaborate with internal teams to set development priorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate key metrics and project risks to aid in staffing, budgeting, and future team planning.
• Collaborate with the Training team to refresh training materials for an exceptional training experience.
• An associate's degree or higher in relevant coursework is required.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience as a product consultant or in a public safety role; a minimum of 2 years is required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing, communicating, and training on best practices and workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google applications.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new systems and products.
• Completion of ISO 9001:2015 internal training within ninety (90) days of hire.
