This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review and input new client orders into the system.
• Examine, prepare, and scan authorizations provided by clients.
• Acquire knowledge of various court subpoena regulations.
• Analyze and comprehend court service lists.
• Review, prepare, and scan court subpoenas submitted by clients.
• Communicate with clients to address inquiries regarding orders and document deficiencies.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues related to orders.
• Prioritize tasks effectively.
• Assist in confirming the appropriate destinations for requests to obtain records.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant area, such as medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a similar field.
• Proficient in computer skills, including internet navigation, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong self-organization.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
