Reconciliations Officer – Project-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete trade and payment processing workflow, including client support via API.

• Develop and maintain payment and beneficiary files with Liquidity Providers (LP), ensuring the reconciliation of payment releases, handling failed payments, and managing reattempts for clear visibility and precise reporting.

• Receive and process API text files by integrating them into the Excel dashboard.

• Guarantee accurate reconciliation of payments with trades, funding, and beneficiary details.

• Oversee fund management between Liquidity Providers (LPs) while handling small float management effectively.

• Ensure proper housing of funds for payment releases and balance bank and LP accounts to maintain optimal cash flow.

• Reconcile payments with trades, manage funding, and create payment and beneficiary files, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and accuracy.

• Address and resolve support tickets and inquiries, including funding requests, payment reattempts, and other queries, delivering prompt solutions.

• Experience in FX/Banking/Payments is advantageous but not essential.
