Reconciliation Process Manager – Financial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Reconcile payments received from manufacturers for rebates with corresponding invoices.

• Execute reconciliation tasks for intricate accounts.

• Offer coaching, training, and supervisory support to team members.

• Design and develop processes for the reconciliation function.

• Lead projects and address complex and escalated issues.

• Collaborate with both internal partners and external manufacturers.

• Enhance client value by minimizing drug expenditure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in financial or analytical roles.

• More than 5 years of experience with MS Excel (advanced proficiency required).

• Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with contract administration, financial and/or data analysis, reconciliations, and intricate processes.

• Experience in the PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, along with knowledge of pharmaceutical products.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or Economics preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
