This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Posting of job vacancies

• Screening of resumes and communication with candidates

• Conducting phone or video interviews

• Coordinating onboarding processes and documentation

• Recording and tracking candidates in spreadsheets or internal systems

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment

• Ideally in large-scale processes

• Previous experience in temporary services or HR consulting is preferred

• Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

• Proficiency in Excel and recruitment platforms
