Reclutador de personal – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and contacting candidates.

• Conducting telephone or video interviews.

• Coordinating onboarding processes and documentation.

• Recording and tracking candidates in spreadsheets or internal systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in mass hiring processes.

• Previous experience in temporary services or HR consulting is preferred.

• Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

• Proficiency in Excel and recruitment platforms.
