This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from identifying needs to candidate selection.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
• Create and publish engaging and accurate job descriptions on recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the selection process with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with equal opportunity policies and inclusive practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a bilingual or international setting.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with human resource management systems (HRIS) and online recruitment platforms - ATS.
