📋 Description

• Conduct search, attraction, and pre-selection of freelance commercial profiles.

• Post job vacancies and manage your own recruitment sources.

• Screen candidates and submit validated profiles for final evaluation.

• Support candidates throughout the process up to the hiring stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruiting freelance commercial profiles (ideal, but not mandatory).

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Clear communication, persuasive skills, results-oriented approach, and effective follow-up.

• Creativity in sourcing talent through various channels: social media, communities, databases, referrals, etc.
