This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Respond to and manage all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Address general inquiries, accurately take messages, and direct calls to the relevant team members.
• Answer client and tenant questions concerning property listings, inspections, or appointments.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, property viewings, and calendar management.
• Update client information, inquiries, and call records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with agents, property managers, and other staff as necessary.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Provide light administrative support such as email communication and data entry as needed.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a role as a Virtual Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in the real estate sector).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication abilities (both written and spoken).
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiar with CRM tools.
• Customer Service: Pleasant, professional, and confident phone demeanor.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management capabilities, and multitasking skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a real estate company (either residential or commercial).
• Familiarity with property management systems or CRMs (e.g., Rex, PropertyMe, or similar).
• Background in managing client inquiries, bookings, or property-related documentation.
