This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide telephone support to clients by addressing administrative inquiries and billing-related questions.

• Assist clients with their requests and handle other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in customer service, either in-person or in a call center (formal or informal).

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Operating system: Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Workstation.

• RAM: at least 8GB.

• Wired internet connection.

• Headset or headphones with a microphone.

• Webcam for PC or a compatible setup for laptops.
