📋 Description

• Provide telephone support to customers by addressing administrative inquiries and billing-related questions.

• Guide clients regarding their account statements.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• A minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, either in-person or in a call center (formal or informal).

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Operating system: Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Workstation.

• Minimum RAM: 8GB.

• Wired internet connection.

• Headset or headphones with a microphone.

• Webcam for PC or compatible with a laptop.
