This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer calls for Claro Perú's customer service.

• Provide information and assistance to customers.

• Communicate with ease and empathy.

• Participate in training sessions and performance activities.

• Work afternoon shifts with a rotating schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service (both formal and informal).

• Commitment and a strong desire to grow.

• Good verbal communication skills and empathy in interactions.

• Education: Junior High School.

• Professional experience: no prior experience required.

• Availability for remote work from Lima and provinces.

• Availability for afternoon shifts from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, or 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

• Rotating days off.
