Receipt Reviewer – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily assessment of assigned outstanding sales receipt submissions.

• Maintain exceptional quality while managing the speed of the review process.

• Safeguard against fraudulent activities.

• Ensure that end users experience wait times of less than 24 hours.

• Prevent any backlogs of pending submissions or rewards.

• Engage in daily communication through the client's Slack Channels to clarify discrepancies and discover new insights.

• Dedication to maintaining quality standards.

• Ability to balance speed with accuracy.

• Proficient problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capable of navigating multiple windows and browsers effortlessly, conducting extensive internet research, and typing at least 45 WPM.

• Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

• System Requirements:

• Minimum internet speed of 15mbps for primary connection and at least 10mbps for a backup.

• A desktop or laptop equipped with an i5 processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM, along with an i3 processor for backup.

• Note: Backup systems must remain operational during a power interruption.

• A functional webcam.

• A noise-canceling USB headset.

• A quiet, dedicated home office environment.
