Rebate Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee all activities related to drug rebates, encompassing both financial and operational aspects.

• Manage the processing of quarterly rebate invoices and prepare as well as deliver monthly and quarterly rebate reports.

• Navigate the dispute resolution process in collaboration with manufacturers.

• Evaluate disputed data and partner with drug manufacturers to resolve disputes in a fair and accurate manner.

• Support clients during Pharmacy audits by providing necessary information and assistance.

• Execute billing processes for more than 800 manufacturers per program.

• Conduct quality assurance activities and rectify errors before and after the generation of invoices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 2 years of subject matter expertise in the respective fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Capability to gain proficiency with the MedInvoice rebate system or other business intelligence software.
