Realtor – AI Trainer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Review and enhance AI-generated outputs pertaining to real estate advisory, market analysis, property management, regulations, and practical elements of real estate operations.

• Assess AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and adherence to real-world standards.

• Develop realistic real estate scenarios leveraging your direct professional experience.

• Create scenario variations from various viewpoints (e.g., real estate consultant, client, investor, property manager).

• Identify deficiencies, oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated real estate content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level real estate professional with considerable experience in the EU or UK.

• Proficient in advising, developing, and executing real estate projects and documentation.

• Capable of evaluating project workflows, technical requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Comfortable working autonomously while providing structured, critical feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability.
