This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of customer onboarding and provide implementation support for new RWE clients.
• Create Customer Success Plans tailored for designated accounts.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with registry teams, clinicians, researchers, and commercial clients.
• Organize regular review meetings with customers.
• Track customer adoption rates and identify opportunities to enhance utilization.
• Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers.
• Ensure clients achieve measurable value from NEC solutions.
• Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer concerns related to RWE capabilities and best practices.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product Management to enhance the platform.
• Offer practical guidance on RWE methodologies and registry best practices.
• Assist customers in leveraging registry data for research, quality improvement, and evidence generation.
• Ensure client activities comply with information governance, GDPR, and data handling standards.
• Stay informed about developments in the RWE landscape.
• Create educational materials and best-practice guidance.
• Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Aid Sales in customer presentations and demonstrations.
• Contribute to bids, tenders, and proposals.
• Assist in crafting customer case studies and success stories.
• Provide RWE insights during commercial discussions.
• Support customer reference initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams in Product Management, Consultancy, Project Management, Marketing, Data Science, and Development.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, Account Management, or Implementation within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
• Familiarity with real-world data, registries, clinical outcomes, or analytics in life sciences/MedTech.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with clinicians, data managers, and IT specialists.
• Knowledge of data governance, information security, and compliance frameworks relevant to health data.
• Proven ability to drive customer adoption and deliver measurable value from software products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills for engaging with colleagues, clients, and partner organizations.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to perform well under pressure with established deadlines.
• Capability to work independently.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and subject matter expertise.
• Ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Willingness to challenge traditional thinking and advocate for innovative ideas.
• Candidates must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Documentation evidencing UK right to work and travel is mandatory.
