This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Develop and sustain data pipelines while assisting with data engineering tasks.
• Perform statistical analyses on real-world healthcare datasets.
• Contribute to or take the lead in interpreting results and generating insights.
• Assist in or direct the creation of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
• Collaborate intensively with physicians, clinical specialists, and medical registries (e.g., in neurology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology).
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on a variety of projects.
• Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., data science, pharmaco-epidemiology, statistics, engineering, computer science).
• Excellent programming and engineering abilities (R preferred; a general-purpose programming language like Python is acceptable).
• Strong grasp of data analysis and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• High level of adaptability and a service-oriented approach.
