This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Oversee and enhance rental-oriented Facebook accounts and pages.
• Design rental graphics and marketing materials utilizing Canva.
• Manage and publish listings on Facebook Marketplace.
• Share listings in rental and community Facebook groups.
• Address rental inquiries and respond to tenant leads.
• Communicate with potential tenants in both English and Spanish when necessary.
• Arrange property showings and oversee calendars.
• Coordinate self-showings and provide authorized lockbox access details.
• Follow up with interested tenants regarding applications and showings.
• Handle leads sourced from Zillow Rental Manager.
• Organize applications and accompanying documents.
• Prepare summaries of applicants for landlord evaluation.
• Perform verification calls and follow-up communications.
• Maintain precise records and tracking spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with rental listings on Facebook Marketplace.
• Background in managing Facebook groups or business pages.
• Knowledge of Facebook's anti-spam and account restriction policies.
• Proven track record in generating and managing rental leads.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Canva.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Skilled in working with spreadsheets.
• Ability to work autonomously and take charge of processes.
