Real Estate Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee high-volume text messaging campaigns — ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 messages daily — through our SMS platform (with lists and scripts supplied).

• Address inbound replies within a maximum of 2 minutes.

• Assess sellers by verifying property details, asking price, timeline, and motivation.

• Accurately log and categorize each conversation (Hot / Warm / Cold / Not Interested / DNC).

• Persistently follow up with interested sellers to ensure no opportunities are overlooked.

• Transfer qualified leads to our acquisitions team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with BatchLeads and/or SmarterContact is highly preferred.

• Exceptional written English skills — able to produce fast, natural, and grammatically correct responses under high volume.

• Quick response times with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without losing details.

• Unwavering reliability. Missing work without prior notice will result in termination — no exceptions.

• Diligent, disciplined, and committed for the long term.

• Dependable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace are essential.
