Real Estate Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit video content related to real estate and properties for both Australian and international markets.

• Utilize DaVinci Resolve for comprehensive post-production tasks, encompassing video editing, colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, audio mastering, and final exports.

• Work with RAW and Rec.709 footage, ensuring colour accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to professional finishing standards.

• Exercise creative judgement across content types including property, architecture, lifestyle, luxury, and premium branding.

• Evaluate footage, project briefs, brand references, and creative direction to ensure the final output meets client expectations and aligns with premium property marketing standards.

• Assist with real estate photo editing, photo colour grading, and HDR stacking processes.

• Generate and implement motion graphics, basic animations, and visual effects.

• Prepare video assets for various platforms including digital, web, presentations, and social media channels.

• Oversee file organization, project timelines, revisions, exports, and version control, all while adhering to deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in editing, colour, audio, transitions, pacing, text, graphics, and final delivery.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and innovative creative techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in video editing, post-production, media production, real estate content, property marketing, or a comparable creative production position.

• A robust portfolio that showcases high-quality video editing, preferably highlighting real estate, property, architectural, lifestyle, luxury, or premium brand content.

• Advanced expertise in DaVinci Resolve, covering editing, colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, audio mastering, and professional finishing workflows.

• Strong grasp of RAW and Rec.709 footage, with a focus on colour accuracy, visual consistency, and professional post-production standards.

• Experience in creating content for Australian, US, European, or international property markets is highly valued.

• Familiarity with real estate photo editing, photo colour grading, and HDR stacking is highly regarded.

• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and VFX workflows is beneficial, with an understanding of the ACES colour pipeline being an advantage.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Blender, Nuke, or After Effects is advantageous; graphic design skills in layout, visual composition, or vector graphics are preferred.

• Strong creative judgement, a refined visual aesthetic, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to produce sophisticated and contemporary content.

• Excellent written communication, organizational, and independent working abilities.

• Proficient in Windows 11 and general IT workflows.

• Capability to comprehend briefs, manage revisions, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent creative quality.
